Cabinets

Yes our cabinets are Carb2 certified

Our cabinets are made from solid Birch hardwoods and furniture grade plywood. There is absolutely no particleboard contained in our cabinetry. Our plywood is also CARB2 compliant for restricted formaldehyde emissions.

That depends on the cabinet line. Our framed cabinets all have finished sides, frameless cabinets do not have finished sides and you will need to add 3/4″ panels to exposed ends.

Most of the cabinets feature a sanitary, wipe-clean, UV coated natural finished interior. There is no need for shelf paper or shelf liner material. There is a few cabinets that come with matching interiors. If you would like matching interiors please email us at info@frugalcabinetsonline.com and ask us if the cabinet you are choosing has matching interior

Yes we do, just go to the collection page choose your style and you the filter on the left to selt vanities.

Yes our cabinets have a 5 year warranty.

All of our cabinet come with full extension soft close runners and soft close hinges on doors. The only cabinets that are not soft close are easy reach and lazy susan cabinets.

Due to expansion and contraction, all painted doors have MDF center panels with 3/4″ Birch or Maple hardwood. Some cabinet doors that are painted are all MDF depending on the manufacturer.

Yes, the cabinet doors, drawer fronts and face frames are constructed using ¾” Birch or Maple hardwood. Raised panel doors feature solid center panels. Recessed panel doors feature hand selected veneers.

No they are not hard at all, you just need some basic tools and a work space to build them. We will send you some videos on how to assemble after you purchase your cabinets.

The cabinets come unassembled and must be put together by you or someone else.

Most items are in stock, occasionally there will be an item out of stock and we will inform you as soon as we are informed from the manufacturer.

Shipping

Most cabinets take between 3 – 7 days to ship depending on the manufacturer. Some cabinets can take up to 2 weeks to ship. please see our terms and conditions page for more info.

A “lift gate” is a smaller truck with a hydraulic lift that allows the driver to use a pallet jack to unload the cabinets that are on boxes on pallets loaded on the truck. So if you do not have a loading dock that can accommodate a 53 foot trailer a lift gate is required to allow for deliveries in residential areas. Yes, just make sure that you can have a truck that is 53′ long be able to pull into your neighborhood. If you do not please have the liftgate option in the cart selected so they can send a smaller truck with a liftgate to make unloading easier. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

Residential address means that a 53′ trailer will not be able to access your home. You will need to then choose to have a liftgate added to your order so that they can send a smaller truck with a tailgate that goes up and down like an elevator to allow an easier delivery for you. Yes the trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery time. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

Shipping costs vary depending on size and where they are going. All RTA cabinets are free shipping for orders over $2500.00. Add ons and hardware have shipping costs regardless of order amount. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

Yes, someone at least 18 years old need to be there and accept the delivery. They must make sure there is no damage to the packages and sign the form from the trucking company stating cabinets are in good condition. If there is any damage they must note it on the form from the trucking company. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

Cabinets are delivered curbside, they are not brought into the home. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

Assembly

Yes all the cabinets come with instructions, if for some reason they do not just email us at info@frugalcabinetsonline.com and we will email you some.

Unfortunately we do not offer assembly or installation services.

Damages

First thing is to take pictures of any damage. Then note on shipping form from the trucking company about damaged items. Then contact us at info@frugalcabinetsonline.com or 1-844-567-6700 and we will go over what is needed. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

You need to report any unseen damage within 15 days. If you do find damage while assembling the cabinets you need to take a picture immediately of the damage and send it to info@frugalcabinetsonline.com along with a description of the product you are having an issue with. Do not send picture after cabinet is installed the manufacturer will not approve damage to installed cabinets. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

Claims are usually processed within 72 business hours. See our terms and conditions page for more information.

We do not reimburse for any additional labor or time.

Returns are not allowed on opened boxes, clearance items, assembled cabinets, panels and fillers or wood hoods. Please see our Refund and Returns page for more information. If the requirements are met for a return, an RMA must be issued before the return is made, please contact customer service at 1-844-567-6700 for assistance.

The lead time vary by the construction of the cabinet chosing. Framed cabinets usually ship within a week (usually faster) and depending on your location and availability will determine the amount of time it will take for you to receive them. Frameless cabinets will take about 2 weeks to ship and depending on your location and availability will determine the amount of time it will take for you to receive them.
